Thanks so much for your beautiful workshop last week! It felt like such a beautifully safe container and I love how you uniquely melded multiple different elements together. I also love how you went around the circle allowing each of us to share uniquely where we're at and making space for all of us to chime in with any practical support or insight. I just love the incorporation of spiritual trust and alignment so it all just felt truly magical, as well as giving us space to feel playful and carefree in our bodies without judgement.
