Each March since 2014, we help new event organisers (and existing groups for women in business, digital, tech and creative industries) to spread the word, celebrate and inspire each other, under the Spring Forward banner. Pre-Covid we happily provided free venues, marketing, and funding to help bring their events to life. 💖

Spring Forward launched in 2014 and Rifa Thorpe-Tracey has led it since 2016. Running in March to coincide with International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, each year Spring Forward fills the month with events run by and/or focused on women in digital. Our ongoing mission is to encourage women to take a greater role in tech by creating a range of platforms that promote digital community events that place women at their centre.
